I have two dogs, one learned to climb my 6ft fence and the pup eats EVERYTHING. When they go outside, the elder has to put on a collar with a pipe for an invisible fence. Once when they were gone about 20 minutes I looked outside and saw a puppy with this collar in its mouth. Well, partially. The rest was scattered in small pieces all over the world. So I ordered this replacement collar, quickly found how easy it was to switch the receiver to cutting the excess length, and we were back in business. However, not that fast. I wasn't smart enough to figure out how to keep the new collar from falling apart where I cut it. And that's how it was on the first day. I contacted the company, sent a photo of my idiocy, and with no questions asked and no extra charge, they immediately sent me a new one. On this one I burned the edge after I cut it. This company is legit and stands behind their product! Highly recommended.
