Bought 2 packs. One worked absolutely fine. In the second pack the center metal pin was too weak, bent with use and broke 2 sets of my good Shabbes candles. The needle was too thin. Removing the wax from the reservoir after use is difficult due to the interior of the tooth. Ever since I learned how to use playable museum wax on the bottom of the candle, it keeps it in place without allowing the candle to fall. The product would have been better without the teeth inside. The photo function didn't work, otherwise I would have sent photos of the damage. I asked for a refund for a set. I'll exit another set and see how they perform over time.
