This product is so fun and unique! Through trial and error I found that applying a base coat before 2-3 coats of this varnish provides the best glow effect. It dries quickly and the luminous effect lasts for quite some time. The pros definitely outweigh the cons - the only downside is that it's a bit tricky to remove, but that's to be expected with any fluorescent lacquer .Overall, Id definitely recommend this for anyone looking to add some excitement to their nail game!
