It shouldn't be like that. DO NOT BUY IT HERE.
They look good at first glance, but the material isn't the same, it's rough. It's not as soft as it should be and the fur on the inside keeps coming out. I'm definitely returning them. I went to the kid's footwell and compared the texture to the uggs they have there and there's no chance it's the same material. Don't buy here, go to the store yourself.
