The candy cane balloon is not the size described above. It's described as 16.7 inches, but it's 11 inches tall and so small and heavy that the helium isn't powerful enough to make it levitate. Don't believe the pictures, they are big balloons but in reality they are very small. Some of them get so thin when they inflate that they burst before they have enough helium to make them levitate. Balloons stained with latex actually lose their luster inside the balloon. So when you fill it up they all sink to the bottom and don't look like the picture at all. They look more like cream colored balloons when not viewed from below.
