Updated rating: 4 stars. I contacted the seller and immediately replaced the floss! The new one doesn't drip. Excellent and timely response from seller. Original rating: 2 stars I bought two. One for a gift to my sister. After using mine for about 2 weeks I found that it was leaking. The leak appears to be due to the water tray being attached to the block. When I tilt the device to use it, the water seems to seep out a bit. I dry the device completely after use. I have to put it on a towel to dry.
