Just like some other reviewers, I initially bought 2 of these King pillows as sham inserts. After feeling them, however, I bought another King to use when I sleep.I'm a side sleeper with bad shoulders, so like to elevate my arm slightly, & this pillow is BEYOND comfy!Much better than an awkward, clunky body pillow.Probably the squishiest, softest pillow I've ever owned. I love it.
