I grind my teeth at night for so long it causes irreparable damage to my molars. My teeth have become very sensitive and flat. The dentist said he could make me a special mouthguard, but it costs about $400 and the insurance doesn't cover it. I'm SO glad I didn't go that route because these are perfect. I really can't say enough good things about them and I wish I had found them sooner! The fact that you get two of these for that price only sweetens the deal.
