These light meals are the reason I bought them. I needed lighter panels for my RV to replace my heavier Correll. You are perfect. They do not heat up in the microwave and are safe to use in the microwave. Microwavable plastic utensils are hard to come by. I made dozens of hot teas in mugs in the first week I drank them. The mugs don't get hot like ceramic mugs. The plates are smaller in diameter than a normal dinner plate, but have deeper rims. They hold about the same amount of food. The bowls are much deeper than regular cereal bowls.
