THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! YOU ARE YOURSELF! My friend bought me a Revain Luna mini2 last year and recently it stopped working. I registered my device on their website as soon as I received the product under warranty. After mine broke I filed a warranty claim on their website on 9/12/2018 and received an automated email saying they would get back to me within 2 days. It's been a week and I haven't heard from them at all. Tried to call 844, no one answered. At this point, I don't think a two-year warranty is even a real thing. I will never consider this brand. Very irresponsible. Please be careful!
