Review on Callaway 2018 Superhot Bold Balls by Jeremy Choi

Let me start by saying it is no better than the Pro V1 by any means but I have always played the Pro V1 but have been dying to try this new red color and have played Florida . on a field with a lot of water, and if I was going to lose balls, I wanted them to be less expensive balls. I played two rounds with these balls and was pleasantly surprised. It didn't have Pro V1 spin but held up very well on the green. I was used to spinning the Pro V1 backwards and could never spin them, but they also stayed right where they landed well. I didn't notice any loss of distance like others have said, but I will say they seem more direct than the Pro V1. I usually cut the Pro V1 with my irons and they didn't do that with Callaway. All in all I will play and buy this ball again. At half the price of the Pro V1 and with an additional case. Try it. Again, I'm not saying they're better, but they're a darn good option for a much lower price.
