This is so great for 3 to 6 year olds. My girl got it for her birthday and she is so happy and excited. It's worth every penny. The quality is really present in every part. It will definitely stand up to the use of a 3 year old. The mirror is great and it's not the crappy plastic they use for toys. It was well packaged and delivered without damage. Assembling it down to the stool was easy. My husband had to pre-drill the holes. You need a hand drill. Well, not shearing the screws will help. Hope that helps.
