The customer service is fantastic, they listen to our needs with regards patient information privacy & security requirements from day one - not just at sign up time! They are open-minded in how we can deploy their product as long it fits within what's required of us by HIPAA regulations (no data mining or anything like that). Their team members work very hard ensuring everything meets compliance standards without sacrificing performance issues such solving problems quickly etc.- which again makes them great partners/customer relationship builders who know exactly where your organisation sits today AND want you succeed tomorrow so there aren't any surprises along way :) We would be crazy if this isn’t recommended given its been an excellent experience since first working together over 2 years ago now! No major downsides but minor ones related more around implementation / training than user interface design itself :P.
