I purchased for the first time and like everything about this item. I wanted a long leg that would not ride up and would prevent my thighs from rubbing together. I wanted cotton for coolness, and a little stretch for comfort. My only intention was to wear this item under summer dresses so I could avoid a half-slip or "pettipants" and this item works well. I did buy a size up because I was fearful they would have been made too small, but I can report that I should have bought the size that the chart prescribed. I am a common-sized woman, 5'8" and 174 lbs when I purchased these but since I am "Nooming" I most certainly will need the next size down at the time of re-order.
