I bought this for use in our conference room for its brightness, resolution and output capabilities Sound to an external amplifier. My colleagues were happy with the quality, so I ordered another one for one of our other meeting rooms. Neither room has windows, so I can't comment on performance in a well-lit room, but it looks great in a room with no natural light. The built-in speaker doesn't have the best sound quality, but that's to be expected from an internal speaker. I'd suggest using an external amp and speakers if you're concerned about sound quality. I also see this as a good option for a home theater projector. Overall I would recommend this conference room projector if you need good brightness and 1080P resolution.
