They are great! They are beautiful to look at compared to the Edison LED bulbs in big box stores that blind you! They are made to be seen. I'm going to dimmer them for my application to give a more amber effect. The bulbs themselves have a clear shell, not the amber shell shown in the photo, but darkened, it should have that effect. These vintage Edison bulbs have an attractive squirrel cage filament design that definitely lives up to their name compared to single or dual element bulbs elsewhere. The designers of these lamps actually took the time to make a good Edison bulb. Plus, you pay three times what you pay for non-genuine bulbs in big stores. I don't normally write 5 star reviews but in this case they did the opposite. I definitely want this company to stay in business. I also like the customer satisfaction card included in the kit; know they stand behind their product.
