I bought this bag for travel and it has everything I need. I've searched for weeks and sent back some because they didn't fit or were too stiff and unwieldy to work with, or the zippers were tight etc. So far I can't find anything to fault with this bag. It's sized right for an average height woman, it's soft enough to get in and out of comfortably but still has just enough shape to hold things together so it doesn't sag or drag on the shoulders. The zippers work well and there is a strap on the back that allows me to slip it over my trolley's long handle. Maybe it would have been nice to have some zippered side pockets, but water bottle holders on either side would still work for me. Only time will tell if it's good for travel. I'm so glad my search is over.
