Should have bought another brand I bought before

The garland was tied tight and the poinsettia fell off one before I even started. These were dried globs of glue I had to remove that were probably meant to hold the poinsettia and bows. The bulbs were separate and need fixing, but one was sealed, the second was torn in a bag of bulbs and scattered all over the box. It wasn't nearly full as shown in the picture. I bought 2 because I needed 9ft each but I had to buy 3 of the 6ft from another brand which was nice what I got for the fireplace.
