So I bought this because I'm going crabbing with friends in Oregon. We'll be on a boat. I wanted to make sure if I fall overboard they'll be able to find me and this will sure fit the bill! LOL! Seriously, I haven't used this yet so couldn't give a full review. But I've tried it on and even tho it seems a tiny bit large I'm told that's a good thing if I ever need to use it for something like a tent or other type of shelter, which is one of the things it's supposed to be good for. I decided on a poncho vs coat and pants because it seemed less fussy and more versatile. I like that it has a hood on it and seems very easy to take on and off. The poncho feels pretty substantial to me. Not at all flimsy. And best of all is the very reasonable price! I don't think you can go wrong with this poncho.
