It's strong enough for my Insignia 32 inch 32L120A13. Would fit on a 42 inch TV in my opinion. Most hardware included. Nails were enough for the stud but not heavily speckled drywall screws The kit includes two different washers to attach the mounting brackets to the TV The kit does not include screws for the larger washer The smaller spacers have worked for me Spacers may be optional for your use "Levellers showed that the built-in arm was off a bit. So I used the 24" gauge. After the TV was hung, it was about 1/4" lower on the left side, caused by placing grommets under the bracket suspension was adjusted the "sticks" on the TV Maybe I should trust the built-in equalizer? I can recommend this mount without reservation, especially considering the price, as there is no extra charge for this type of wall mount.
