Impossible when fully extended
The fully extended strut flexes and is virtually impossible on tall exterior windows. We bought it specifically for 2 windows which are on the second floor and difficult to access. If you use it for single-story windows, you might be fine. But fully extended it is cumbersome. Also, the length of sponge and squeegee is very short, which maybe suitable for small window, but not so good for big window.
