I tried other hangers before finally paying a bit more for this one and I'm so glad I did. They hold up my pants and skirts well and are wide enough to hold comfortably. They look great on the shelf and smell great. The scent of cedar wood is subtle and pleasant. I like that they are made of wood. It's also a nice touch every time I pull my pants down and put them away. In fact, I've found that I'm hanging my pants up more often now, instead of putting off work and leaving them in the bedroom like I usually do with other people. Metal hangers. No poking around, jingling or clinging to other clothes like I thought was in my closet. When something is difficult to handle, many of us avoid it.
