The product is rubbish, it is difficult to understand, their wiring diagram and even the model number of the alarm does not provide enough information.

Installed on my 2000 Dodge, works very well, instructions are a bit small and font is too small but mostly informative. There is work to be done, but it can be done.

This remote start alarm is a very good investment once you finally have it installed. Professional installation is required for correct operation. Neither remote control works for me either. I will try to ask the manufacturer or seller for help.

I bought this product expecting a quality product, but I understand that it is not worth the price. The goods are not of high quality, especially the remote controls. They fall apart, the battery cover never closes properly. The bump sensor, even set to maximum, doesn't detect any bumps, you almost have to hit the car hard for it to register a wave. I do not recommend this product. If I want a good alarm clock now, I have to buy the next one at twice the price.
