Mr. Chi, thanks for the tips on how to use my B01N8WV4EQ. Although I've only recently owned this unit, I'm happy to report that installation was quick and easy. I've only used the drive a couple of times so far, but it worked as expected. I like that it is compact and takes up very little desk space. I hooked it up to a brand new iMac desktop computer. I suspect your drive will be widely used over time as I burn music CDs for use in our family car and DVD movies to store family photos and videos. I am relieved and comforted to hear that you provide "After Sale Service" after the sale. For me, this after-sales service is more important than anything else. Why? Because most goods are produced at minimal cost, using inferior materials and "cheap" labor. This in turn leads to downtime due to defective internal connections, cold connections, faulty materials and construction. Any product that does not provide adequate service in relation to the price of the product and intended use is NEVER our repeat business and receives a great deal of NEGATIVE publicity from everyone we know and do business with.
