Get ready for a BIG WORK. Cons: First, they don't work out of the box with Vonage Business. There are workarounds and they work, but MAN. Whoever designed the web interface and more importantly the control theory for this phone must be crazy or stupid. First you need to enable web access for the base station ON YOUR PHONE! WTF? Is this supposed to prevent wireless VOIP phones from being hacked, which I haven't heard of? After that you can connect to the website. Don't even try to use a standard browser. So far this has only worked in Google Chrome AND ONLY in incognito mode, because for some reason the page caches your answers and resubmits them every time the page loads, not just when you click the save button. This made the website 101 SERIOUSLY fail. The background feature is not documented at all (changing the phone's background to a logo) so it doesn't work. There are no resolution or file type requirements, and no one has a solution with a quick Google search. This phone has SO MANY FEATURES that are annoying, poorly designed or just plain broken. And the latest firmware updates do not solve this problem. The good: They have good range and some of the options are extremely high for power users when you need them. If you want simple, easy to use. I recommend staying away from Panasonic.
