Unlike other T4 G8 LED replacement lamps, this lamp body has a narrow base with pins that mimics the body of an old tungsten lamp. I wanted to replace. This is required for some lamp sockets (e.g. my GE Adora series microwave oven). The sizes are clearly stated on the seller's website and everything works. I replaced 2 bottom bulbs (surface lighting for the area under the microwave) and 1 inside bulb. Brightness and color temperature ("warm white") were good. The color is slightly less "yellow", more "bright white" (3000K) compared to the color temperature "warm white" (2800K). I like the brightness of the light and the color temperature. My only complaint is that my microwave's "low" light setting results in *very* low light levels. but that's fine with me as I don't cook on low light settings anyway (never used that setting before).
