They run 1/2 size too big. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and when I tried on a 7 1/2 I was able to fit a whole toe in the back of the shoe. Exchanged for 7, arrived perfect. I love these gray shoes. You are so stylish. They don't even look like high heels, although they add about 2-3 inches to your height. And because they're made like platform sneakers, you don't feel like you're wearing a heel. My feet don't slide forward or pinch my toes. I wore them for short errands and wore them for hours. They are roomy enough in the toe box and don't seem to hurt my feet. I didn't take them on long walks, so I don't know how they will behave in difficult conditions, but for everyday use I highly recommend them
