If you have a VERY VERY misshapen head or literally a cherry shape, this helmet will break your neck just wearing it. It's so big, it's super heavy, it literally has no padded air shield or anything on the pivot part of the helmet, it's just empty open space from the bottom to your mouth/jaw. I put it on, climbed onto my trusty hold and almost fell off the other side trying to balance the HUGE round thing on my head.
