Not sure about the size chart but other than that they work fine. They can be a little shorter than I would like and a little taller. According to the size chart, I bought a large size, but the chart said size XL, which would be too big. These could be a little tighter, but are ok. Also, the ribbed top cuts into the back of my thighs a bit, and they can drop about an additional inch to the calf. I had previously purchased elbow pads and was satisfied enough that I purchased them. They are very suitable for stabilizing the joints in heavy elevators. Overall I think most buyers will be satisfied. We'll see how they hold up.
