white particles in the product

Let me start by saying that I have bought and used a total of 5 tubes of this remedy because it is helping my child's eczema despite the size of the product. But this time when I opened the tube, there were solid white particles all over the tube. I contacted their customer service and they told me this was not a defect and was perfectly normal. Long before I can run a few simple strokes over my baby's skin and massage it in. Particles into the skin, especially in a squirming baby who won't stand still. Anyway, last time I will buy this product again. Just need to find something else that works.
