Less than half a year later the sound went out and I was so disappointed because the instructions didn't have a number had to call but i went online and emailed customer service and VOIL they responded in less than 24 hours. In my opinion, that is excellent customer service. There was no run. They asked for my Amazon order number and replaced my unit without question. I don't have to return the old one I'm giving to a child with hearing impairment because the subtitles and player work fine. This is really great customer service and because this device is so easy to use for my 3 year old grandson I bought another device for my daughter's car. I highly recommend. I don't know if Olivia is a real person, but she is my grandson's champion. I will now buy other products from them.
