Car Video buy recommendation

Picture and sound are excellent. The screen is a comfortable size. My child is still looking backwards and I can put them next to their mirror. He's busy and I can still follow him. It comes with a remote control so I can control whatever it takes without having to stop and press buttons on the screen.

Big!. Until it cools down

The audio and video are AMAZING! easy to install and play! BUT I live in Idaho and I don't park my car in a garage or anything. As soon as the outside temperature drops below 30 degrees, it will work or work very hard. Even now, when the temperature is above 40, it still lags behind. So if you live in a colder area, bring it home when you know it's going to be cold!

Excellent customer service.

This product is great, I can use the remote control from the front seat and it works in the back of the car. I also wanted an additional headrest mount so I could easily move the player from one car to another. I contacted support and they immediately sent one out with no problems. Excellent customer service and comfortable product. Very satisfied so far 🤞

Highly recommended! best in headrest Video

We received this DVD player after our other one (of a different brand) stopped working. Setup was very easy. I love that it doesn't have straps to hold it up, it has a mount to slide it into and it's very durable. Volume is crisp and can get loud, but the included headphones are such a plus. The quality and size of the picture is great too! I definitely recommend this DVD player ☺️

Freezes constantly

This DVD player is being returned. You have to turn it off and on multiple times for the DVD to play. Does not play some DVDs. It hangs a bit during the movie. I do not recommend this product. The only good thing about this product is that it is easy to insert a DVD. That's all. Had high hopes for this product. It's good when it works, but it's a hassle to keep the movie running.

The company provided excellent customer service.

Update to my previous post: I contacted the company and they responded to my question very quickly. They recommended a different cable that would sync with my iPhone SE as well as an HDMI adapter that would connect the cable to the screens and best of all they refunded me for both products before I bought them! Olivia, a company rep, emailed me daily to make sure I got my refund and everything was fine. They clearly care about customer satisfaction and go the extra mile. Actually I wanted to…

I liked it at the beginning there was a little problem and the great service handled it like a pro

Less than half a year later the sound went out and I was so disappointed because the instructions didn't have a number had to call but i went online and emailed customer service and VOIL they responded in less than 24 hours. In my opinion, that is excellent customer service. There was no run. They asked for my Amazon order number and replaced my unit without question. I don't have to return the old one I'm giving to a child with hearing impairment because the subtitles and player work fine…
