Not strong enough for my TV 113#

I bought this mount for my old school heavy 50 inch plasma TV. This mount is easy to install using the template provided and a spirit level built into the mount itself (note, however, that if you use a template to mark the holes, you still need to make sure they line up before installing the mount actually bolting down inline level isn't as useful as you might think). Anyway, it's pretty easy to install. The instructions could be a little clearer. For example, on page 25 it could be specified that the screws should not be down and if necessary use washers with the screw to prevent this. On page 26 I still don't know what the A and B cone shapes mean. Once the mount was installed on the wall, I could safely hang from it and pull myself up, so I felt safe trying to hang a TV from it. Unfortunately, this is where the problems started. When we tried to hang the TV on the bracket, the part it's hanging on started tilting and rotating. We removed the TV and tightened the screws as much as possible to avoid excessive tilt and swivel. Unfortunately, the screws for this are low-friction, and no matter how we tightened them, they just couldn't support the TV's weight. We could prevent the tilt by inserting screws into the cavities, but that's not necessary. In addition, the tilting and rotating arm buckled under the weight of the TV. I didn't feel safe leaving the TV on this mount. I'm sure the base of the mount would have stayed on the wall, I'm just not sure the metal of the arm that attaches to the feet attached to the TV will actually hold. I didn't have enough confidence in him to take my hands off of it long enough to take a picture. Definitely not enough to hold a 113# TV, although the specs say it can hold 130#.
