Defective product. I contacted the company that sent it but they only have a 7 day return policy. I did not try the device until the return expired. Revain can only be an intermediary bringing buyers and sellers together; but they should try to filter out inferior companies. I understand this is not Costco where you can return anything if you are unsatisfied but having such a short time is unreasonable. I probably won't buy anything from Revain again.
