Small and good! on memory card accessories

I bought this microSD reader for two reasons. 1> It's tiny. 2> My old microSD reader was cheap and starting to break. First, let's talk about size. This is the smallest card reader I've ever owned. If your wireless keyboard or mouse uses a modern nano receiver, you already know the approximate size of this card reader. It's hard for me to convey how delightfully small it is. You will need a way not to lose it. Luckily, there's a small slot at the top that you can attach a lace to. and fluff from the card slot. The included port cover does a pretty good job with the USB port. Now let's take a look at the rest of the reader and see how it works as a memory card reader. You know. The reason it exists > Adjust and Crop. The reader fits perfectly into your computer's USB port. He's a little tight. You need little ribbed handles on the sides to really get a hold of them. The SD card may get stuck at first. I was afraid that I might damage the memory card when inserting it, so be careful. At least it doesn't fall out! It will loosen up with use. Removing the memory card is actually a bit tricky due to the tight fit. You need nails or something like that. Activity is indicated by a bright blue LED under the translucent plastic top. It glows steadily when everything is detected, then flashes quickly during activity. Performance: This is a USB2. This thing won't knock your socks off. However, video downloads from my fully non-GoPro memory card averaged 23.5 MB/s. The memory card I use for testing can read at 48 MB/s. I'm not sure if I've reached the limit of the reader itself or the practical limit of USB2. For the record, I'm using an older computer at the moment. Write speeds were more leisurely at 13.1 MB/s, but I'm pretty sure I hit my memory card's limit here, not the reader's limit. .
