The overall look of this cart is great and the size is good, but there are a few design flaws that only earn the product three stars. First, the handles are on the front and back of the basket rather than either side, which you would naturally reach for to pick it up. This poses a problem because if you leave the lid open, it folds back and rests on the rear handle, making it unusable unless you close the lid again. If you hold this basket against a wall, you have to pull it out and close the lid to grab it by the handle. Handles should be on the left and right sides so it can be taken out with the lid open or closed. Second, the inseam where the lid opens is pretty cheap, and mine tore and frayed very quickly (see photo). Otherwise it's an absolute nuisance.
