When I was just looking for hangers there were over 50,000 options. Who could choose from this multitude? I quickly realized that I didn't learn anything from the reviews because a lot of people seem so picky about things I don't care about, like how smooth the paint is on them. To me, a hanger is a commodity I hang my shirt on and that's it, once the shirt is on I can't even see it so who cares how smooth the color is. Clothing so that it does not slip off, otherwise it will break in two. I also don't want to pay more for a hanger than for a shirt. And I personally prefer a style of hanger that I don't have to worry about, if it fits it should be equally suitable for hanging shirts, trousers, jackets, sweaters or whatever. Choosing this hanger was easy. starting with the brand. I don't really think there is such a thing as a well known leading hanger brand but I have bought many things with the Songmics name and have never been disappointed. Sure, they probably buy their goods from the same factory as dozens of other companies, but I think their standards are a bit higher. For example, they are individually wrapped in foam for protection and then all packed in a sturdy cardboard box. It takes a lot of effort to protect the hanger. I chose this style because it goes with all kinds of clothes. Its flat, curved cut works better with suits, but not shirts. It has a very tight pant bar and a wire loop all around. The size is suitable for men's wear. And at 95 cents a piece, they're a lot cheaper than all the wire or plastic pieces in discount stores. are they perfect Some people might think the color is a bit harsh and I can't help but agree, I've had some really nice ones that came with a $500 suit, but that's not a fair comparison. The paint doesn't peel or rub off, that's all I care about. I asked them about their claim that they are solid wood, which I take to mean that the two halves are not glued together on a hook. They explained that their definition of hardwood doesn't mean they don't stick together more than one piece, it means the wood has fewer burrs and imperfections than others that they define as hardwood. Not a huge issue for me considering the price and they are certainly strong enough for the task and I was impressed with their speed and friendly response to my request so thanks for that. All in all, I like them and would buy them again.
