Review on 🪑 Nathan James Payton Foldable Ottoman: Fabric Cube Footstool in Beige with Wooden Lid, Ideal for Footrest, Storage, and Seating by Jessica Rodriguez

When we moved in December I ordered 2 Nathan James stools from Revain. Only one arrived. The ottoman that arrived was a quality product. Nice and strong but easy to assemble. It looked great with my sofa which is the same gray color and similar aesthetic. The stool offers plenty of easily accessible storage space. When the tabletop is in tabletop position, it's stable enough that I don't have to worry about leaving my glass of water on it all evening. The table also has an easy-to-clean surface in the event of an accident. As a seat, it easily accommodates a 250-pound person in surprising comfort and feels very secure and stable. I don't know of anyone heavier, so 250 is the max we've tried. I contacted Revane about the missing ottoman and they immediately sent another one. Unfortunately, the second came without a hairpin (see photo). It was only a minor cosmetic issue but I chose to contact the manufacturer instead of contacting Revain again. I contacted the manufacturer (Nathan James) to see if they could just send me a replacement bolt to drive in. Instead they sent a brand new ottoman. When I asked if I should send the damaged one back, they said no. Since the missing pin wasn't a deal breaker, I hammered on the top and kept the damaged ottoman. I now have 3 of these and they look great with the sofa. Melanie, Nathan James' Customer Satisfaction Officer, followed me for a few days to let me know when to expect my delivery to ensure I get my replacement and feel happy with it. In January, I received an unexpected gift from founder Nathan James, Brooklyn Burdon, who sent me chocolates. for any inconvenience that the situation may cause. So now I have an extra ottoman, a delicious bag of chocolates, and a strong desire to buy more from Nathan James. Very nice support guys! They went above and beyond what I expected to ensure I had a good experience. It helps that the ottomans are also very good quality. comfortable, aesthetic and durable.
