The glasses arrived intact, look very nice and feel good in the hand. I put them all in the top of the dishwasher to clean and sanitize before use. When I opened it the next day to add some items, one jar was broken. It wasn't crowded or upside down so I'm not sure what happened but that's a bad sign. I hope it was just a broken glass. To my surprise, a few days ago I received a free duplicate of 2 glasses with a nice note from the seller. One set was the same as I originally ordered and the other was slightly different so I'm going to be gifting the wrong set. Overall, I really appreciate this gesture - and I like the glasses. So far not broken.
