It was SO nice not having to bring a cooler on a recent roadtrip. No ice, no wet food products as the ice melts, and tons of storage. There are 2 zones so you can set one to freezer if you want, have a whole freezer, or a whole fridge. It plugs in to your 12 volt or you can use an adapter to plug in to a regular wall outlet. We were able to store some decent sized groceries for a couple days at a time for a family of 4, along with drinks. It is awkward to get in and out of the car, so best to have 2 people work together for that part. It has 2 wheels although it didn't quite as smoothly as I'd like. Overall, I'm very happy with this product. I did have to read the directions to know how to get the buttons working, but it only took me a couple minutes max and then we were good to go the rest of the time.
