Made in Germany! This stuff works phenomenal! Gentle yet effective. Use limited pressure, a small amount, and it won't wear off the surface. Cleans well and smells great! Using 1970's General Motors vinyl. Remember when the average worker in the US could afford "high quality" automotive products that actually lasted over a decade. This is a cleaner for old vinyl joints in American cars. Better than products that are three to four times more expensive and are made in the USA. You don't need much for great results. I bet it's safer if the EU holds chemical manufacturers accountable for the safety of their citizens. At least we have capitalism in the US and a bunch of lawyers.
