The product was delivered and looked as expected, worked for about 10 months after which the second hand started sticking at various positions on the dial. A replacement was sent to me with proof of purchase. Another 10 months passed and the next watch stopped working. At this point, the company told me that they were "not inclined" to substitute other watches. So both products lasted less than a year before they stopped working. If this ever happened I would consider it an accident but I am now convinced that this watch was not made with quality in mind.
