Review on ONETOP by Jason Adams

ONETOP was the vendor from which I recently purchased a phone case, and I have to admit that I was not impressed with the product. Even though the quality of the case itself was satisfactory, I had problems with both the shipping and the customer support. My experience with international shipment was already going to be challenging due to the fact that I am a non-native speaker of the language, but the failure of ONETOP to keep me informed made the situation even more exasperating. My order did not appear in good condition after being delayed for several weeks, and when it finally did, the packaging was broken. When I attempted to contact customer service, I was met with responses that were not helpful and a lack of empathy for the situation I was in. This made the situation even more frustrating. Because they did not provide any solutions or compensation for the damaged packaging, I was left with a sensation of disappointment and isolation. While ONETOP may have a few products that are worth purchasing, the quality of their international customer support is lacking. I would not recommend this business to other international customers unless they were prepared to put up with lengthy shipping delays and unsatisfactory support from the company's representatives.
