Review on GE Lighting 17730 40 Watt Candelabra by Abdul Jorge

I bought these bulbs for my mini lamp that I keep on my vanity. They arrived quickly and in good condition. They screwed easily into the lamp and started working immediately. They give off a really nice glow, quiet for the evening BUT they don't serve my purpose of having a light to help me see better while doing makeup. My desk is in the darker part of my room, so having the blinds open helps a little to alleviate the shadows the windows cast on my face, but now that I'm working the night shift, those lights do NOTHING to me. . It's just too dark right now, so I have to get ready in the bathroom. So it's a nice glow, but don't expect these bulbs to provide any significant light, especially if you're looking for them for a vanity mirror too!
