I enjoyed using it with my son during the Halloween season. It arrived and the mask was broken. In fairness, it's a flimsy plastic. Ordered a replacement which arrived 2 days later. It was whole and my son was excited. I put batteries in it and it doesn't work at all. Tried different batteries, no. Everything was connected and should work, but no. Came back and gave up there. Stay away from this terrible product.
