I bought 2 different size rugs advertised as gray which were the same in the photos. However, I was disappointed when I received products that not only were gray in different colors, but the actual texture of the rugs was completely different, making them look like completely different items. I bought them to put side by side in my kitchen but they don't match! All advertised images show the same gray color and texture. I emailed the company as the advert on the package says they will get back to you within 24 hours, but three days later I still have not received a reply. This is unprofessional and not acceptable for business, especially for a company that claims to respond within 24 hours. I had a lot of pain and problems with my feet so I just wanted to open them up and start using them, I was thinking of keeping at least one. However, when I opened the long rug, the end, which was rolled up in the packaging, was completely wrinkled and damaged to the point where it couldn't even lay flush with the floor, making it incredibly dangerous to use. When I stepped on it, it wasn't nearly as thick and comfortable as I had hoped and expected. The increasing disappointment of receiving mats in two different colors and textures when they were supposed to be the same, the lack of a customer response within the stated time frame and the damaged product led me to simply return both products and look for a more reliable and quality product. There are many better quality products out there that do what they promise. It's worth paying more for!
