Instructions followed, device charged. All the lights came on, revealing a small charging box with well-charged earbuds. THEN read the instructions which state that you must remove both earbuds from the charger AT THE SAME TIME in order for them to pair with each other. Well, the magnets that hold the earbuds in the charger are so strong that the earbuds are almost impossible to remove. them out, I could only pull one out at a time with great difficulty. There is literally almost no room or gripping area on the earpiece to easily take them off, so forget about ever pulling both at the same time or even ONE! Then the lid is also magnetic and snaps into place when you pull out the earphones. So I took out one earbud, it lit up and looked for another one to pair with, but as soon as I took out the second HE WAS DEAD. It will not hold any charge at all. I removed both and made sure they were both in the case and connected to the charging pins but one earbud is defective and just won't charge at all, it's dead. I have very small hands and small fingers and I make a living working on tiny parts and parts that I make myself, so it's not a question of skill, it's just poorly designed and flawed.
