Customer service is great as they got me a replacement right away when the first pair didn't work. I immediately lost the ear pads on both pairs and didn't have annoying extra ear pads of different sizes like most headphones. Although the camouflage is cute.

THEN read the instructions which state that you must remove both earbuds from the charger AT THE SAME TIME in order for them to pair with each other.
