The interface is pretty user friendly and I like that there are tutorials available as well as support from a knowledgeable team who will be able to help answer any questions or concerns when needed. It's relatively expensive compared with some competitors but worth considering if this meets most users' needs. Tracking patient appointments, billing/reimbursements, scheduling new clients, and keeping track of current client information including notes and reminders. We use it primarily for our physical therapist practice, however we also have used it to keep up-to-date records for our medical assistants. Benefits include being able to easily create new appointment schedules; tracking and managing existing files; easily entering new data into an electronic form; ability to export files to excel.
