Dimensions: Small cats fit most cats. Big cats like my Maine Coon need an environment. There doesn't seem to be any "big". I use this on my big cat who has developed a severe allergy and is scratching her face until it bleeds (I'm working on trials and stuff but it takes many months). This is generally a great product and I've tried all types of skittles. It's soft and easy to use. It's not as effective as a hard cone - if the cat works hard, it may hit the soft cone or flip it down. But unlike a hard cone, it can be worn 24x7 for weeks without risk. Solid cones put a lot of stress on the neck, making it difficult to eat and sit in a comfortable position. Unfortunately, the lifespan of the cone is short. The cat inside will continue to "pretend" to be cleaning it by repeatedly licking and damaging the inside of the cone. Also, it will get worse or even snap due to scratches on the hind legs (you can mitigate this by clipping the hind nails IF you are able to). Both are probably not a problem for "normal" short-term use. I have also modified the cone for long term use by sewing on "bonings" (plastic ribs) to better hold its shape and prevent it from breaking. I did it between 4 radial supports already on the cone; it was relatively easy. I liked them so much that I ordered a bouquet and gave them to all my cat friends and family. 4 Stars - Would have been 5 stars if it had lasted longer and had more built in radial support.
